Let’s Work Together
Our impact is greater when we collaborate. Whether you’re an educator looking to incorporate anti-racist tools into your practice, a researcher embarking on a new project to enrich the field of knowledge, or a policymaker prepared to bring about change, let’s work together to create equity of opportunity for minoritized children.
Ways to Collaborate:
Research Consulting.
RACCEE partners with organizations to offer research evaluation consulting services including advisement on evaluation design, sampling, recruitment, data collection protocols, data analysis, reporting, stakeholder engagement, contextual issues, and other topics related to the execution, analysis, and dissemination of research.
Shared Resources and Tools.
Dr. Iruka has played a leading role in the development/examination of several tools and strategies designed to ensure excellence for young diverse learners, especially Black children. These tools and strategies, which include classroom observation measures, non-traditional pedagogical approaches, public policies, and publications geared towards early education practitioners and policymakers, are all resources RACCEE leverages in its service.
Speaking Events and Presentations.
Dr. Iheoma U. Iruka can be engaged for speaking events, radio shows, podcasts, conferences, etc. to discuss her research and the importance of building early childhood systems of care that are rooted in equity and anti-racism.
